We thought it would be fun this year to cut down our own Christmas tree. It was a nice thought anyway. We picked the coldest, snowiest day of the year. The kids had fun at first stomping through the snow. Until Ethan said he was going to die because his feet were so cold. Poor kid was only wearing tennis shoes. I am THE worst mother. Needless to say, I just bought him some snow boots yesterday. Elsa just wanted to eat the snow the whole time. She would stick her finger in and say, "Nummy nummy nummy!" Gracie was a trooper! She just wanted a big mug of hot chocolate. Steve, he reminded me of why we usually have a fake tree!December 4, 2007

yeah! i got your invite :) my fam cut down our tree every year. matt's not a fan.....therefore we have the costco version {at least it looks pretty real}.
