Farewell to Mormor and Pa

Last weekend we went to California for Steve's parents farewell. We are so excited that they have chosen to go on a mission. They were called to the Stockholm Sweden Mission and we will miss them so much! But hopefully we can go visit them. We had such a great time with all the cousins and aunts and uncles. It was a crazy fun weekend!

We had a great time swimming! The kids had a great time with Michael. He and Russ entertained us with a diving competition. We actually went to a swanky house once owned by the old country singer Merle Haggard. Pretty funny huh?

Since there were like 13 adults and 11 children all staying at Steve's parents house, the kids got to camp out in the back yard. They thought it was pretty fun!

Even Elsa and Parker slept in a tent, but this one was in the family room!

We ate yummy food all weekend. Anna especially loved the homegrown grapes from the garden. I think she ate her weight in these grapes. She loves them.

We also documented Anna's love for In n Out burger. She is crazy for cheeseburgers. While we were in line waiting for our food she just screams and begs for other people's food. It is seriously embarrassing. I am not joking. We have to order the 1 year old her own cheeseburger. No one else wants to share with her. She eats almost the whole thing ever time. She is crazy!

The kids had a blast riding the train though the backyard. Michael even let the kids drive it by themselves. We are sure going to miss them!

We did a big family photo shoot. Steve video taped all the ciaos trying to get all the kids attention and trying to get everyone to smile. I will have to post some of that. It was out of control. The kids did great. Everyone told us Anna was the troublemaker of the group of kids.... what is up with that. They all look like perfect angels. Right?
