The weather this summer was really strange. June was super cold and rainy. July was full of thunderstorms too. Pioneer Day was included in the crazy weather. Just after our BBQ we went outside to do fireworks with our neighbors.
Then the rain started and the jackets and umbrellas came out. We made the best of it but heading into the garage for shelter while all the Dads did their best to light off the fireworks. And what a show it was.... The Utah Lawmakers changed the regulations this past year. Now the illegal fireworks of years past are legal here in Utah. At one point I turned to my mom and said it felt like WWIII.
We had a lot of fun, weather and all. We have the best friends and neighbors here. There are so many kids and people around. We love it!
